Indiana American Water (INAW) is one of the largest private water utilities in America. Selge was hired by them to perform new construction and maintenance for their infrastructure in Indiana. For this project, work included directionally drilling 2,230 feet of 8” HDPE water main along Center Street in Warsaw, IN. Once the water main was installed, we then proceeded to install 46 new water services along Center St to supply the residents with fresh, clean water.

Client: Berrien County Drain Commissioner
Location: New Buffalo, MI
Year Completed: 2017

Remediation of the Lighthouse Creek Drain from downtown New Buffalo to Lake Michigan. The job included widening of the drain, drudging, new stone walls along the edges, and a 5’ X 16’ concrete box culvert.. A few of the specs included:

• 600 ton of Heavy Rip Rap Protection
• 2000 ton 60-80” Boulder walls
• 78 LF of 5’ X 16’ RCP Box Culvert
• 54 LF 10” SDR Sanitary Sewer Main
• 400 SY Sidewalk Replacement

Client: City of Mishawaka Board of Public Works

Installation of sanitary force main installed by horizontal drilling methods. Modified surface and lift stations. This project included the following specs:

• 5400 LF of 12” HDPE sanitary force main

Excavation of basin, building pad, topsoil strip for embankment areas, excavation of building pad drive & parking, excavation of road, berm & swale, installed gravel base, compact aggregate, and #23A gravel for approaches.
