The project included the complete reconstruction of Jackson Blvd, between the Elkhart River and Johnson Street. Also, Elkhart Ave between Jackson Blvd and the Elkhart River. The project included new roadway, sidewalk, bike path, sanitary & storm sewer, water main, street lights, and traffic signals.
