Excavation of basin, building pad, topsoil strip for embankment areas, excavation of building pad drive & parking, excavation of road, berm & swale, installed gravel base, compact aggregate, and #23A gravel for approaches. Installed sewer, water main, concrete curb, gutter, and driveway. A few of the specs included:

- Berm & swale 625 linear feet
- 2,837 ton #22A gravel base
- 735 ton #23A compact aggregate
- 210 ton #23A gravel for approaches
- 4,570 linear feet sewer pipe
- 3,650 linear feet concrete curb, gutter, and driveway
- 2,082 linear feet water main
- 2,865 cubic yards topsoil and subgrade treatment.
