Tom Lentz

My role at Selge Construction as Concrete Operations Manager is focused on a variety of concrete work including subbase, formed and slip formed, concrete curb, sidewalks, drives, center curbs, concrete street and highway paving. I am also involved with our apprenticeship training. I manage a crew of 4 to 25 people, schedule subcontractors, and coordinate with suppliers. I pride myself in running a safe jobsite and a final product that is of the highest quality.

My work background includes 37 years of various aspects of concrete work. I have been with Selge for 16 years and prior to that I worked 3 years for Reith-Riley construction and 18 years for LL Geans & Sons.

I graduated from LaVille high school in 1981. I have received specialized training in stamped and colored concrete.

I live in Coloma, MI with my wife, together we have 3 sons and 2 daughters. I enjoy traveling, golfing, gardening, cooking and fishing and most of all spending time with my family.
