Shawn Herrman

My title at Selge Construction is Project Foreman. I have been involved in Directional Drilling, Dewatering, Open Cut Pipe Laying, and Earth Moving. I take pride in all the work that I do here at Selge Construction. I am responsible for a six-person crew that shares my same principles and work ethic.

One of my favorite projects, while working for Selge Construction, was the Lakeland Regional Sewer District Wastewater Collection System Improvements located in North Webster, Indiana. We had four crews on location, installed over 200 miles of pipe, 5000 connections, and 1000 grinders without a single leak. I take great pride in being involved in such a successful project, we called it “Leak Free Lakeland”.

My previous work experience was with Gardiner Well Drilling and Plumbing for 15 years in the well drilling and plumbing field.

I am a graduate of Buchanan High School. I live in Buchanan with my wife of 18 years, Tammy. We have 2 children; Lane, 17 and Lexi, 13. I enjoy hunting, fishing, camping, and we run a 30 acre hay farm with my son.
