Ron White

I joined the Selge Construction team in December of 2003 and shortly thereafter moved my family from Brimfield, Ohio to Niles Michigan. I was brought on board to lead our Horizontal Directional Drilling Operations and to fill the role of Project manager on our many faceted construction endeavors. I have been part of our large low-pressure sewer system projects and have had the chance to be involved with managing the construction of road, sewer and water infrastructure projects. I have also had the opportunity to be part of the installation of the largest solar carport system in America. I look forward to the future as we continue to expand and grow in the types of construction projects we build.

My construction career spans from starting as a laborer, then moving on to heavy equipment operator, then to mechanic and progressing to become a HDD specialist. I was blessed to transition to a leadership role by becoming a HDD crew foreman and moving on from there to HDD operations manager and then learning and participating in overall construction management along with contract administrator responsibilities. My current position allows me to help lead some of the best people in the industry and I am thankful to have this opportunity to work at this great company.

I went to Parma Senior High School in Parma, Ohio where I met my wife. I have been married to my wonderful wife for 24 years and we have 5 children. We are very happy to have been invited to join the Selge Construction family.
