Rodney Martin

I came to Selge Construction September 4, 2013, as a shop mechanic. I was then moved to field service and am now currently the Equipment Maintenance Manager. The years I have been at Selge Construction has been a huge blessing. I currently work for the best organization on the planet and the people that work along side me are top notch. I consider Selge Construction as the industries leader

I came to my profession by way of the United States Army where I served 9 years. The Army took me from Colorado to Germany, Iraq and Kuwait. I have over 30 years of experience in this field.

I have a team that works very hard each day to make sure that the equipment is maintained, repaired and ready to work. I am frequently told how good the equipment looks, that strikes me to the core. We work very hard to make sure Selge Construction rises above the rest.

I have been married to my best friend, Lisa, for 15 years. We have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. I look forward too many more years in this organization.
