My role involves serving the organization in various aspects. Most of my time is spent working with our estimating team bidding and procuring work. At other times I may be helping manage a small project, assisting our Project Managers, interviewing new employees or working on progressing our internal processes. All of this is wrapped up in building a sustainable work culture through accountability and building the highest-quality projects possible.
I have been at Selge Construction for 9 years. Starting as a utility crew laborer, I learned the value that every team member brings to the organization. Prior to Selge Construction, I worked for a small label manufacturer in Northern Indianapolis and prior to that I was an engine mechanic at a local auto repair shop.
I received my bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
I currently live in Granger, IN with my wife, two daughters, and son. I am an active member of my local church and my faith in God is paramount in my life. In my free time I enjoy playing golf, listening and playing music, and fulfilling my aviation bug by flying airplanes.
