Eric Hanson
Crew Leader / Foreman
My role as Foreman is to lead a crew of 5 to 10 laborers, finishers, truck drivers and equipment operators for Selge Constructions concrete division. The word concrete comes from the Latin word concretus, which means grow together. I have been fortunate to grow together with Selge Construction since the beginning of 1997.
The types of concrete projects I have been involved with widely vary from ancillary repairs to paving roads, slip-form curbs, truss and roller screeding, sidewalks, ADA ramps, stamping, staining, steps, spillways, exposed stone and glass, and so on. I have also been involved with our snow removal and salt program, directional drilling, water, and sewer, and pipe projects of many kinds.
I take pride in being a team member for my crew, my company, and the establishments we work for. I value respect, hard work, determination, being flexible, and an open mind that is eager to learn.
I have been blessed with a loving wife, a son, and a daughter that is married and has given us a beautiful granddaughter. In my spare time I enjoy playing guitar with my son and brothers. I also enjoy creating and fixing things, cookouts, and relaxing with family.
