Chris Rader

My role at Selge Construction is Project Foreman. I manage a crew of four people. I am responsible for managing day to day operations in the field. My goal is to maximize productivity and I pride myself on not going back to fix any mistakes.

My experiences include lift stations, municipal storm, sewer, water systems installed by open cut and directional drill, restoration, planning, and coordination. I started at Selge Construction in 2002 as a Laborer and worked my way up to Foreman.

I live in Bangor, MI and have two kids, a son and a daughter. We spend most of our free time riding quads, fishing, and attending their sporting events.
